I liked the hotel.

Liked: It wasn’t luxurious in any sense but was good value for money. The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was fine with a good shower. DO have the breakfast especially if you’re diabetic. I didn’t on the first day; I took my insulin and it then took me ages to find anything edible in the vicinity and when I did……..it was inedible! On day 2 I had the breakfast and it was very good. Also recommend buying the 2 day transport card.

Liked: The room we got was fantastic. Everything was very comfortable. We had a coffee machine and the coffee was awesome. The toiletries were very fancy and of great quality. Breakfast was fantastic and with a variety of food. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Frankfurt.
Disliked: The was just this noise coming from the A/C that sounded like water; we called reception and the person said he was alone and could not send anyone to fix it, but he offered a new room, which we decided not to take. He did his best, and that was great. Although it is not the hotel's fault, but hotels should speak to the authorities about all the dirt and the craziness around the Main Train Station. Tourists feel insecure around this area. It was not like that back in the years.
