Liked: The food was well cooked and staff very friendly
Disliked: Though it appears clean, you soon saw it needed more attention to detailBeds had clean linen ,but old beds that did not look pleasant ,had to move the bed to get to plug socket and thick dust Used public toilet downstairs dried on poo at back of the toilet and not clean at all, at rim at top of toilet

Ideally placed for Lowestoft beach

Liked: The facilities were great and rooms too.
Disliked: restaurant and bar closing a bit early

Lovely hotel with great view...

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, personnel was very friendly and helpful. The view from one room was great but 2 other rooms were facing the opposite side. They were next to each other.
Disliked: The paint was falling off by the window in room 306 and overall it could do with a little bit of touch-up
