Nice place. Room was nice and cozy.

Great location and reasonable rate...

Liked: The hotel is very old and I hadn’t been in it for 20 years. However it has been renovated and is a great place to stay. Close to the train station, subway, and much more. Staff were great. Room was small but very clean.

Great Location!

Liked: My husband and I were visiting for our second anniversary and this hotel was absolutely perfect! We're only in Toronto for one night but it had a great location and an absolutely wonderful staff. We stopped in just to leave our luggage so we could go stroll around and then check in later but they actually let us check in early! Feren and Liwam were so accommodating and so kind.

Quaint and comfortable

Liked: The staff was great and the hotel is old but well maintained. Our only complaint was our view out our window was just a brick wall. We felt it was pricey but I think everything in Toronto is overpriced.

Liked: Unfriendly in the morning. Very small room. A little noisy.

Wifi doesn't work properly

Liked: If you are on a business trip and you'll need wifi, look for another place. The hotel is ok. The staff is nice. Beds are ok. Wifi doesn't work.
Disliked: I was travelling for business and wifi was exasperatingly slow. I asked the staff if there was an alternative and they said they could do anything.
