Did not live up to...

Liked: Good decor, clean, friendly. Great location
Disliked: Elevator broke after our arrival. 6th floor room.

Superb

Liked: Stayed here before - no issues with hotel. Staff were nice at check in / check out. location was good. Good TV - watched some college football etc. Walk in shower ...Would have no problem staying again ...
Disliked: No issues.

The small room was comfortable...

Liked: Very close to train station, also restaurants
Disliked: Although we enjoyed the historic aspect of the hotel, our window looked into nothing but brick walls. No fault, but sad

Dark, dingy, noisy and no...

Liked: The room was VERY dark so not ideal for business travel prep or getting dressed for meetings. I prepaid the hotel but they asked for a deposit. They did not have a tap machine so eventually ( and it was late and I was very tired) they called the manager at home. Who of course said no problem.
Disliked: No hot water in the sink tap. Shower luke warm.dark room- broken lamps.

Disappointed with Booking.com...I find I...

Liked: I paid $309 through Booking.com for a deluxe King room.It was a tiny room with a full bed.Even with much discussion with the desk regarding changing, Victoria insisted the room was correct.The manager called and offered to move us...by that time 45 minutes had elapsed and my 82 year old husband was exhausted. The manager kindly offered to refund $65 CSD on 10/22, (only about $40USD) but as of this 11/4 writing, no refund. $40 USD refund just not enough to cover change of room...especially when I see a standard queen is only $110USD as of this writing.The room was very clean, and well appointed for an inner city room.
Disliked: Price much too high for standard room...small bed...I literally fell partly off the bed during the night.
