Liked: Greeted by beautiful staff member, Loris set the tone for a terrific evening. He gave us excellent info on getting around town and couldn’t be more helpful. The bed was super comfy and even though it was the tiniest bathroom ever, the room was great. Breakfast was nice with many choices. The coffee machine was ok
Disliked: The egg cooker needed higher heat and the desk staff insisted on turning it down off the boil. Didn’t find the desk staff warm and pleasant like Loris the night before.
