Disliked: Staff attitude

Small room, but great Spa.

Liked: The room was small with a small single bed. Bathroom had no shower, only bath tube. But, the Spa is amazing, with a great Hamman, beautiful pool and sauna. I did not try the breakfast. There are some restaurants close bym walking distance.

Nice for classicists who don't...

Liked: The hotel is very well located in the city centre. It has a very nice lounge and a leafy courtyard, all very old-fashioned and lyrical. There is a nice breakfast room and a delicious breakfast. The staff were also very helpful.
Disliked: My room category was a bit outdated: old carpet, not very appealing furniture and bathroom, everything needs a makeover. Higher category rooms might be nicer?

I expected more from a...

Liked: A very good location and a nice spa. You need to book your time at the spa in advance, so it’s not too crowded, which makes it very comfortable.Enough bottles of water in the room. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The hotel is quite old. I think many people come here for the charming vintage atmosphere, but there is no charm in the old plumbing.There is also a specific smell in the hallways.The breakfast was unimpressive, with a rather limited selection. For example, the only vegetables available were tomatoes, and I can’t say that anything was really tasty. It was more or less acceptable for a 3-star hotel, but you would expect more from a 4-star one.No tea or coffee in the room.

Disliked: Outdated bathroom, very small a dark shower, very hot room, lack of toiletries, thin walls. Breakfast was also nothing special, not what you would expect for 3 star hotel

Disliked: Unable to use pool due to imposed time restrictions.
