The location was fine, staff...

Liked: Room very small for a twin room and need two pillows for comfort

Attitude poor, would not stay...

Liked: Location
Disliked: We’ve stayed in this hotel before, but had an end of floor room which was spacious. However the room we had this time was small and claustrophobic.The attitude of the staff was particularly poor.

OK for a last minute...

Liked: room was clean and quiet. bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: last minute stay due to transportation issues. The place was OK but my rental car GPS sent me in circles, before I finally called the place and got directions from a staff member. When I checked in I requested the optional parking (20 euros) and although check-in clerks agreed to it he didn't put it in my booking, so I had to ask the morning clerk for it. Strange system where you enter a local parking garage 5 blocks away then pay and get an exit card.
