Liked: Great location with beautiful view of the hills. The pool and lounge area are amazing!
Disliked: Furniture in rooms a little dated

I was very disappointed with...

Liked: The front desk, valet, bar and restaurant staff was great! They were friendly and helpful Room was comfortable, loved the big bathroom and shower. Pool area was relaxing too.
Disliked: Housekeeping was terrible. My room was not stocked with the toiletries , hair dryer missing and coffee supplies also scarce. They forgot my room one day and the other day they left dirty wash clothes in the shower. Staffing was not in full capacity for the hotel guests. Hard to get answers and assistance on phone and waiting in line to check in and out. Bar was nice but needed to be better stocked with servers.

I’ll be back for sure.

Liked: Excellent rooms, epic shower, and very comfortable bed. Also the perfect location for what I needed.
Disliked: The bathroom doors in the room are silly slatted saloon style doors. I was solo so it didn’t make a difference for my visit, but if a couple or family were in one room they offer little privacy from bathroom noises and light coming through.

Liked: Beautiful hotel in beautiful peaceful surroundings! I stayed here for ACL festival and glad I did. It's on the same side of the city as the festival so traffic was much more manageable. Also the peaceful surroundings of this hotel were a nice reprieve after a frenetic day of concert going.

I love it….we don’t stay...

Liked: The first night we drove in and check into our room….this is not our first stay here we love this hotel but the a/c did not want to turn on…..I told the wife let’s just tuff it out and we will talk to them in the am….woke up called down said they would swap us rooms not only did she do that but put us in a suite!!!! I love how nice and sweet the staff is and how clean the hotel is being maintained……I was there 10/5/24 so the young lady at the front desk that morning thank you for making my wife’s Birthday amazing
Disliked: I had to leave!!! lol
