Very nice hotel in an...

Liked: I love that it was right across from Oracle Park!! the staff was very friendly, they went above and beyond. Bed was comfortable. The rooms were very nice.

Liked: Hotel was in a good location - would've been exceptional if we were going to a baseball game. However, it was pretty quiet in the neighborhood the night we stayed. Beds were comfortable and the room service breakfast was delicious!
Disliked: The fee to park our was was astronomical! I would have booked elsewhere had I read the fine print. Ridiculous price - $75 for the night we stayed. That definitely jaded our overall experience, as the rest of hotel was good, but not at the standards to command that kind of fee.

The whole room is very...

Liked: The bed is very comfortable, there is also heating that can be adjusted by yourself, the bathroom is large, bright and clean.
Disliked: I didn't know that they would come to clean the room every day, because I saw a piece of paper saying that if I needed it, I could tell the front desk, but I didn't tell them at that time, and I didn't know there was a private button next to the door. When I came back from outside, I found that the room had been cleaned. Other than this, everything else was good.
