Liked: rooftop was nice, and they clean the rooms every day. It felt safe.
Disliked: Wifi didn't really work in my room, no views from the rooms on lower floors, and there's nothing else a part from the rooftop and a snack place by reception in the hotel to hang out. Also the AC didn't work well.

Liked: Hotel is directly across the street from Oracle Park, it's the best place to stay when going to the Giants games. We've been staying a couple of times a year for several years now. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean & comfortable. The rooftop bar is a great place to grab a drink & a bite.

Liked: Horrible manager Hector - rude, obnoxious and very unpleasant. Everyone else on the team was great and easy to deal with. In this instance here’s what happened:I had 2 reservations. One was ending at 11am and next one was starting. I had to switch rooms and both rooms were available. As I was packing, hector charged me a late fee checkout and reduced to apply it to the reservation that was starting same day. Literally I have paid a nightly rate + a late fee. He looked really happy with this situation and was enjoying the fact that I felt miserable and was overcharged. Very unpleasant person
