Liked: Rooms were clean and well-maintainedNice to have complementary tea&coffee in the lobby in the morning and there's a mini buffet with snacks etc. available for purchase at the lobby, this is very convenient as in SF (unlike NYC) there isn't a bodega/CVS on every cornerLocation is pretty convenient - nice walk towards the Ferry Building from the hotel and also convenient to get to other neighbourhoods via rideshare
Disliked: First room offered was not acceptableThe initial room that was given to me was looking straight at a wall with very limited light. I had to request a room upgrade ($50 per night plus tax). Staff was nice to accommodate this but the first room I was offered was really not good, especially considering we were staying for 5 nightsBed wasn't the comfiestWifi was quite slow - probably isn't the best to work withWindows don't openOverall, value for money quite low
