Very nice stay

Liked: The staff was very helpful. When we understood that the air conditioning works on heat only and keeping the window open it can be very noisy the guy from the reception gave us a better room in another building which was very quiet , The breakfast was excellent and with a walking distance to the Salzburg center.
Disliked: Nothing

Everything at this hotel met...

Liked: Breakfast was ample and varied. Great location, friendly and very helpful staff. Cleanliness excellent. More to the point, they offered to store our luggage until we left later on the day. This was extremely helpful. We appreciated it.
Disliked: Bathroom soap dispenser lid was not attached securely. This kept dropping off.
