Liked: Our stay was short (1 night) and I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Gare du Nord. Location was great, only a 15 min walk. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, you can hear the metro (but presumably this is a general Paris quirk) and the cleanliness was ok.

A small nice hotel in...

Liked: Very nice small hotel in a nice area not far from Gare du Nord. Good connection to the tourist attractions. Very nice staff, we were allowed to check in a bit earlier than the normal check in time, it was nice to be able to leave the suitcases in the room and change the clothes after the trip.

Disliked: the hotel is good, but read the rules carefully, at the reception you will have to leave a guaranteed deposit of 200 euros, which is returned within 3-7 days.

Disliked: You could feel and hear the metro on the second floor. They advertised a hammam for €30pp but it was a steam room with no treatment or salt scrubs to self serve - access to this should be given to guests (no one else is using it!) or charge for treatments. Call it what it is, a spa/steam room, or provide treatments that make it a hammam.
