Baffling and disappointing

Liked: The hotel looks beautiful. The breakfast options were plenty, and everything I ate tasted pretty good. The staff were sweet and friendly.
Disliked: The room... firstly there was a "winter wonderland" party at the hotel, meaning 2000s club hits at a ridiculous volume until midnight. You can hear everything in the room - the lyrics even, it was that loud. Not only can you hear the party but also there are weird and loud sounds in the bathroom coming from the vent - why does it sound like drilling at all times? To be fair I probably should have asked to move rooms and I didn't, that's on me, but sharing my experience nonetheless. The room was awfully cold and the thermostat did nothing for that, but sleeping under both blankets was passable. Half of the electric power outlets didn't work, including the ones into which the lighting switches were plugged (strange choice?). Finally even after i finally made the coffee machine work (surprisingly hard to do) it spat a tiny amount of yellow liquid with specks at me. I do know it's a coffee machine so hot water may be coffee contaminated, but then why give me a hot chocolate option if it can't be made in the room? Why not just put a kettle instead? Baffling and disappointing

Comfortable stay with nice gym...

Liked: Nice room and very nice gym. Also liked the sauna.
Disliked: No bathrobes given for the spa centre.

Good

Disliked: The service in the restaurant and bar was sub par and the food was mediocre.

Very good

Liked: Very comfortable and well equipped rooms
Disliked: Breakfast was too expensive for the provided food

Probably the best choice in...

Liked: This is a very good hotel, offering nice and clean rooms, in a perfect location 10 minutes walk from the railway station and 20 minutes walk to the the center of the town. A huge parking lot should accomodate everybody. Nothing to complain about considering the staff and service. Cool restaurant downstars. Complemetary water, coffee and tea.
Disliked: The toilet and the bathroom are separated. That would be OK if there was a place to wash your hands in the toilet (but there isn'nt)...The source of lights in the room are too scarce (it is too dim in the night). A ceiling light is really missing.

Very good option for an...

Liked: I stay in this hotel from time to time to travel to Brussels by train the next morning. The rooms are large, well equipped and wll maintained, the parking is very convenient and the reataurant / bar is great for a glass of wine in the evening. Excellent though quite expensive breakfast.
