What a great stay, thanks...

Liked: The room itself, roomy, clean, and up to date. The bathroom lay out was outstanding. Providing ample space between toilet and shower. The Breakfast dining area was very well thought in design. In addition to providing a well balanced buffet. There was of course a additional breakfast menu options to choose from free of charge of what you are already paying. The location of the Hotel in the city was again very ideal if you are visiting for pleasure. One side of the hotel looks to the Old City and the other entrance gives you views towards the new city. The staff were always helpful, professional, and patient. The Restaurant KUK was superb with great attention to detail and of high standards with the cuisine. The bar was also very well run. The overall balance of clientele was good, when staying at high end places there can sometimes feel like you don't belong. This was not the case at all. People from all walks of life. Of course a bit of common sense when coming down for breakfast, dinner, or usage of other public facilities on the hotel grounds in regards to dress code should be a no brainer, not in your hotel slippers, soccer jersey, and a pair of shorts. Its a fine hotel and its ok to be a peacock once in a while, not a plucked chicken.
Disliked: The one and only issue I had was upon driving for 10 hours to get at the hotel and checking in the hotel staff did not offer to take my luggage, I would have declined anyhow but the gesture would have been appreciated. But but if this is the only issue I can find that should tell you something.
