Liked: I love the place. Close to Insurgentes, where you can find a taxi, plus there are buses going South or North. Very convenient. Plus restaurants and plenty of shops around.
Disliked: Nothing to add. I would like to receive a discount, it would be nice

Liked: Hotel has and is currently under a refurbishment. So the rooms are very very nice compared to the photos unless they’ve been updated by the time I post! Staff really helpful, they don’t speak any English but that didn’t bother us.
Disliked: There was construction going on but it didn’t impact the stay although we had drilling going on through the night above us which was strange. I think they had imminent guests!

Disliked: As tourists in Mexico City we speak no Spanish and the hotel staff were lovely but had no knowledge of English whatsoever so it made our stay rather difficult. We asked for a map of the city and some tourist information but none was provided we
