Liked: First night we arrived, there was a blood stained bed sheet. When I called the front desk the employee said she did not have clean sheets! And when I asked how am I going to sleep on this dirty bed sheet, she hung up on me! Twice. Even gave a fake name for herself.Finally another staff came and gave us a sheet. Spoke to manager and he apologized. But offered no compensation for what happened to us. .It was a horrible experience

Liked: The location is ideal. Close to Centro historico. Close to the airport. Avenida Chapultepec is also nearby.

Liked: The views and the rooms are amazing, but more importantly the staff. This hotel staff is the very best every one of them are extremely accommodating and they work almost every single day so you see the same familiar smiling faces. Can not recommend this hotel enough to anyone visiting GDL. So many walkable restaurants close by and not loud at night.

Liked: It's located strategically in good area of the city very convenient to many attractions of the city.
Disliked: The linens and cleaning of the room it wasn't the best it needs more carefully keep the standars.
