Liked: free and secured parking, make me feel that my car is safe.
Disliked: Receptionist threatened that credit card would not work, but when I said I would rate the hotel and she asked me if it is okay that she canceled my reservation and I was wondering why she wanted it anyway, the credit card payment went through perfectly fine.

Bad

Liked: the staff were rude. it was dirty. dirty sheets, linen, towels. they would not clean anything.
Disliked: staff rude. gross, not clean. rude front desk.

Liked: I love the staff they are very friendly and professional. The lady that checked my in (AMERICA) gave very great customer service . I will stay here again
