No hot water

Disliked: There was no hot water or WiFi!! When I reported it, the guy said I’m just a worker try leaving it on. I left it on for 5 mins and still no hot water. I checked out the next day even though room was paid for two nights, there was no way I would stay here again. It was more like a motel!

Liked: Excellently located near the centre, excellent staff, great coffee, very clean and comfortable rooms, but always ask for a room at the back (much quieter from the street that usually gets noisy until very late).

Liked: I really liked the location, the room and bathroom were basic and comfortable, with everything I needed. It was a good price for Milan. The front desk person was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The noise from passing cars, especially as they drove over some kind of road grate was somehow directed right to and through my window. It was difficult to sleep because cars passed all night long. The window needed better noise insulation, perhaps a tighter closing shutter.
