The convenient location made up...

Liked: Great location and helpful responsive staff
Disliked: Very small shower, and a squeaky hard bed. The staff responded with moving our room to a much better one, they even moved our luggage for us. It was an inconvenience and a disruption to our four night stay

convenient transportation

Liked: So convenient to go around Paris
Disliked: It's a bit disappointing that there is no elevator on the 5th floor.

Great location and good value...

Liked: Good location convenient to transit. Fireplace in room and small balcony were nice reminder of the original building.
Disliked: Time to refresh the mattresses and towels. Room was a bit on the small side even by euro standards. Room had bottled water on the day we arrived. Were disappointed that this wasn't provided on subsequent days, especially after hours of exploring paris on foot.
