Disliked: Homeless encampment in front of hotel, across the street, and all down the block. Parking lot exit is extremely dangerous.. tight exit.

Liked: Location in the theater district. The area is safe, walkable, and has a free standing Starbucks accessible from the lobby.
Disliked: $50/day for parking!

Definitely a great stay for...

Liked: The parking was very assessable, nice lobby and functional quick elevators! Also liked the feature where you have to scan keycard to go up the elevator or enter the building!
Disliked: The fact that the room didn’t have good lighting fixtures, very dark at night!

One of the great hotels

Liked: Staff were so friendly and helpful
Disliked: Need to work on house keeping timing and quality of cleaning.

Disappointing.

Liked: The location was good and near my relatives in SW Portland. The breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Not what I had expected. The lighting poor in the room. The design a bit too minimalist for me. I will not stay there again.
