UF v UT

Liked: Beautiful, relaxing and the staff was extremely accommodating!
Disliked: Can’t say anything negative about Van Zandt.

Just ok

Liked: Location. Although lots of construction surrounding the hotel. Good lobby bar.
Disliked: A little tired. Needs a deep clean. No robes.

Disliked: Our room wasn't cleaned and it took a long time for food and drink service.

Well be back for sure!

Liked: Staff was accommodating and kind. Presidential suit was worth every penny, biggest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
Disliked: We wish room service included breakfast and early lunch hours and that the room had plate and silverware.
