FABULOUS Customer Service

Liked: Exceptional customer service! The staff was very accommodating. I had a terrible headache; I needed a cup of coffee. The coffee shop had just closed, and the young man at the front desk directed me to the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant was great! The bartender poured me a cup on the house! Such wonderful consideration.
Disliked: That I had to leave!

Liked: Beautiful hotel with a great staff and really fun vibe. Beds are comfy and the room layouts are very cool. The location is prime, being right off of Rainey St. Definitely get the amenities package, free margaritas and a really cool vinyl rental program.
Disliked: The shower had an issue with leaking water on the floor. Maintenance took care of it ASAP!

Liked: Great hotel with a really nice vibe. The daily charge of $30 is a bit confusing, you get some included drinks and food credit but it wasn’t taken off my bill. The Valet parking is approx $60 but the staff are great and are really helpful.

Liked: I was upgraded to a very nice corner room high up. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel location is perfect.I did not try the restaurants unfortunately.
Disliked: The breakfast I had was in a take away cafe on the ground floor. Maybe there was another option but I did not find it.

Liked: Place is great - negatives were (noise/music, parking, bathroom lighting)
Disliked: Venues below were loud (music till 2 am)
