Excellent central hotel with helpful...

Liked: The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had two very comfortable armchairs plus another chair for working at the desk.There was an excellent choice of food for breakfast.

Liked: The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good. There is a tram stop next to the hotel, making it easier to reach the center of the town.
Disliked: The toilet mechanism had a little problem but not something serious.

Very comfortable and relaxing

Liked: The apartment is amazing, very spacious with everything you need and the hotel staff are always available for anything you need. We will definitely stay here again when in Rotterdam.
