Liked: Cleanliness, size of room, well appointed hotel, good breakfast

Liked: Good location, 2 Metro stations are close to the hotel and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby
Disliked: The staff were not friendly, no hospitality at all!! Especially the restaurant staff. The reception is one of the most important parts of the hotel and we weren’t greeted by anyone either while we were walking in or while leaving the hotel.. not even a head nod. Very sad.. The only person who was smiling and helpful, was Tania at the reception otherwise no one. Our reservation was breakfast included and there were no extra cups, cutlery or plates. You have only one plate and one cup for your entire breakfast.. per Person you have only one napkin.. even that was counted (of course we understand if they want to save water and paper etc but it was really unnecessary).

Liked: Everything was perfect, location (you can get wherever you want from here by foot or by metro etc), breakfast included was really good (really no need to seak other options for that), clean, comfortable and stuff is also very nice and helpful. In other words - totally recommend that Hotel! ❤️
