Not enjoyable and expensive for...

Liked: The location was great for us
Disliked: No parking !!! We had to park at a shopping center and walk there is not enough parking for the hotel. It was very loud … I called the front desk several times ( 4 ) before getting an answer to deal with loud guests in the stairwells. They gave us a different room for what we originally booked with no Murphy bed and brought a very small uncomfortable cot instead. Did not offer to give any refund but a gift certificate for dinner for $50. The staff did not clean our bathroom or shower. The shower leaked all night.

Nice urban get away

Liked: Spa area very nice overall! Special thank you to Mr. Strasbourg for kindness and care. Restaurant qood quality and selection.
Disliked: Rooms small and very hot. A/C extremely noisy (impossible to sleep A/C on)
