great location, friendly staff but...

Liked: decent size room, heart of central Amsterdam, friendly, smiling staff who go out of their way, good breakfast but alacarte so have to order item by item and it takes a while so better not be in a hurry to rush out
Disliked: no aircon, windows open just a slit, room gets warm / stuffy at night, had to use a fan, ask for extra bed sheets, throw off the duvet. Super expensive for what it is.

Liked: Fantastic location, very chic and welcomed tmwith a glass of fizz! Great snacks in the room! Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Room was a bit cold. No air con controller to adjust.

Liked: It’s a lovely small hotel in an excellent location. Just down the street from Dam square, you are in the heart of it all. Only a 20min walk to the big museums and plenty of restaurants around. I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The room really lacked in storage. There was very little space for hanging and storing clothes. That would be my only real complaint.

Liked: Strategic. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lightings insufficient especially if u need to find stuff from your luggage it’s quite difficult. Street can be quite noisy at night tho we are given ear plugs. Heater wasn’t hot enough to warm the room.
