Nice location, room is not...

Liked: Hotel has nice service team and located in the center. The room had a kettle and coffee machine with capsules, some tea also.
Disliked: The room had big amount of dust and wasnt very clean . You can’t open the windows in room. Also room seemed to be smaller than on photos for standard number. The room needs repairing works with walls

Liked: Its location, yana and simon were the kindest staff
Disliked: First of all no hot water, broken mattress, extremely rude staff( diana she was disrespectful her only answer was “no”, and the rest of the staff vey very rude), and taking deposit 100£, very crowded with lots of noises and be careful that your room wont be underground. NEVER AGAIN WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL ( remove it from your booking) and even from the booking list.

Liked: The room was a very small room, with hardly any walking space. However we were told that before booking so we were prepared. The bed and the pillows are really comfy and made the experience much better. Location was good and trams ran pretty frequent. Was able to get Tram everywhere and into the main central area. Breakfast was okay, nice pastries and hot chocolate, but had no hot food which was a let down for the money we paid.
Disliked: The breakfast needed more variety and HOT Food for the price paid or could have let us know in advance.

Liked: I had a great time at Loft and it’s amazing location and also very clean and staff is amazing, Menno was super helpful and so nice and all the other staff, I was at this hotel twice and I’ll definitely be back there again soon. Much love from Belgrade 🍀🇷🇸🫶🏼
