Liked: The service provided by the doormen and the bar/restaurant staff were impeccable.
Disliked: Outside of our room was a guest space where one family kep playing card tiil late, making us not being able to sleep. The hotel must have been trendy and luxrious before. but it's loosing its elegance.

Disliked: My stay was overall pleasant, though I did notice that the soundproofing of the rooms could be improved. While the hotel itself offers great amenities and a comfortable atmosphere, I could occasionally hear sounds from the hallway and neighboring rooms. It didn’t significantly affect my stay, but light sleepers may want to consider bringing earplugs for a more restful experience. Despite this, the staff was attentive, and the location was very convenient.

Liked: The front desk was extremely helpful for a variety of ways during our stay. Everyone was so pleasant and courteous. Our room was splendid, breakfast was super and the location couldn’t be better. We were very happy for our choice of hotel and would recommend the Urban to anyone staying in Madrid.
Disliked: We were on the 5th floor and could hear some of the activity from the 6th floor bar at night. It wasn’t disruptive but just there.
