Liked: The staff were polite, the restaurant had good food. The beds were comfortable and even tho we got a small room it was like big enough for our family
Disliked: The car park was hard to park in but we also drive a big car so it was fine just sticky to get in and out of

Great stay at Urban

Liked: Room as very clean and quiet. Blockout curtains, comfortable bed. Good location for North Shore Hospital. Cafe/Restaurant downstairs has a wide range to choose from.

When dirty linen was replaced and room cleaned, crumbs still on desk and table and some dirty linen had been just dropped on the floor.One office chair and one lounge chair with coffee table made room service for a couple difficult. Would prefer 2 chairs and a table to eat at and have coffee.
