Liked: The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was extremely kind. The rooms were very clean and the downstairs cafe was open until the late night hours, the receptionist made us tea at 11pm. The location is extremely convenient for walking to popular spots in the city and is close to multiple tram and bus stops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, the only thing is we wish there was a fridge in the room. Other than that, highly recommend!

Liked: Not a lot, 1st impression ,very much in need of some tlc, exterior needs a lick of paint,interior could do with some updating,carpets worn,breakfast was ok, basic nothing to write home about,lady at breakfast despite language barrier was very smiley and happyRoom was clean but one hell of a smell throughout,not the best ,slept with windows open despite the cold
Disliked: Lack of communication before the trip via e mails,no response to anything I asked, arrived and not much better , appreciate language barrier a thing but that doesn’t mean a friendly smile wouldn’t have gone a miss!! Given the key and told 3rd floor and that was it,about a 15 min walk through not the nicest area to get to the city where every is
