Liked: 1- The reception staff was very professional and helpful. Fran and belen were amazing
Disliked: 1- We depend on the hotel picnic meals, but we had to give it away because the kitchen didn't follow our food types request.2- Rooms walls and windows need to be more soundproofing, street sounds and other rooms kept us wake late at night

We expected much more from...

Liked: Great location, good breakfast
Disliked: Rooftop staff, no room service before 12.30, ants in the room (we found even dead cockroach), no telephone in room, lousy hot tub
