Lovely stay

Liked: Really attentive, helpful staff, good breakfast, tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Prague pass, free welcome drinks & shop discounts were a nice touch. Left a bottle of wine and fruit platter in the room on birthday which was lovely. Some absolute gems of restaurants in the local area! Around a 25 minute uber in to town (Wenceslas square, averaged around 150czk which is about £5, really can’t grumble.
Disliked: Very busy hotel. No soundproofing and had a screaming toddler playing in the corridor outside our room from about 06:30 every morning! Not the greatest start to the day. However, that is the parents fault and not the hotel. A bit of soundproofing would go a long way though :)

A hotel worth staying at.

Liked: We had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us with our dog and overall stay. They also provided numerous vouchers, discounts, and thoughtful gifts. The breakfast was exceptional—one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.
Disliked: I enjoyed everything about my stay, but the cleanliness could have been better. There was noticeable dust on the headboard and bedside table, and some of our sheets had stains from previous use. However, everything else was absolutely wonderful.

Liked: Breakfast comes with a vast range of choices, which guarantees anyone can find something they like. Although the location is not in the centre of the old town, it has good access to both the central station and the old town. Staff working there are nice and are always eager to help, making sure the stay is as enjoyable as it can be.
Disliked: None
