Disliked: Old room, usb plug and TV were not functionnal. Hotel alarm went off both nights of my stay once around 4 am and other around 7 am. Hotel located right next to a bar. Between 12 am and 4 am people were coming back to hotel drunk, screaming and banging on doors. Extremely loud, barely got any sleep both nights i was there

Disliked: There are small bugs in the room, similar to small mosquitoes. The room is very old, especially the toilet, and the towels are stained. The room pictures are totally different from what is shown on booking.com. Also, booking.com booked me two wrong rooms. Also, I have to check in after 4pm.

Disliked: The tv did not work for the first two nights and this should have been checked before my six-night stay. However it was finally fixed and I was compensated to my satisfaction with a partial refund.

Liked: The pool was beautiful
Disliked: We weren’t able to get a cup of coffee in the morning and breakfast was not served in the restaurant.The woman who checked us in seemed as if I was bothering her and did not greet us with a smile.No maid service on our second day, no clean towels or washcloths.There should be some kind of bar or handle to help getting out of the pool.

Liked: The room was very nice and clean
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I was put in a room a block away from the hotel I was expecting to stay at. No elevator in the out building. If you're going to be renting rooms that do not have the same amenities, maybe you should make a different listing altogether.Also the key folder had really bad penmanship, I couldn't figure out which room I was actually in and had to walk back to the lobby with all my stuff.
