Exceptional
Liked: The location was great, very close to train station and buses. I like walking so didn't mind the hills back and forth from the river and monuments dotted around. The hotel staff where lovely and friendly and went out of their way with a request I had. The room though small was clean and had nice linen.

Good
Liked: Great central location so easy to get to and move around the city, good value for money with friendly staff.
Disliked: Bathroom has a smoked glass wall, so there wasn't a lot of privacy when using the facilites.

It was a good stay,...
Liked: Friendly staff, good location, clean room, good breakfast. You could book taxi to the airport on the reception and pay for breakfast.
Disliked: Didn't like that I had to leave keys on the reception, everytime we were leaving our room. Also that there was no tea/coffee makings facilities in the room. Out room was pretty dark and seemed to humid, before we switched on air conditioning - the reason may be that it was facing other close builings and had a roof over internal patio, so that was blocking natural light and fresh air. Also when you walk from the street to the reception, there is no lift (except of platform lift for disabled people which I believe had to be requested from reception) and you have to walk up 27 stairs. I found it a bit dangerous as on the highest part of staircase, in a place blocked by platform lift, there is no railings to hold onto. The railings should be instaled on oposite side of platform lift too.
