Good stay

Liked: Location was very good near to hop on hop off tour stop, many restaurants nearby, small mini market for water and alcohol just next door, staff very helpful.
Disliked: Room was small, quite a few stairs to reach to the reception so if carrying heavy luggages may be little hassle,

Excellent location

Liked: The location of this hotel was excellent. Very close to sao bento station and metro.Staff were friendly and helpful. Communication was very good.There are only stairs to the reception and a limited mobility chair lift, first floor upwards had a lift. That was a bit of a nuisance, but worth struggling with in exchange for the location. Fair amount of choice for cold buffet breakfast which was 9 euros.

In general a great place...

Liked: Perfect location, close to all main attractions and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. However the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallways. Also if you’re planning on bathing bring your own plug as hotel refused to provide us with one.
