Great City venue

Liked: Did not have breakfast but the coffee lounge on the 6th floor was superb, great views across City. I loved the location and as a first time visitor, it was an excellent starting point to explore from. Staff were helpful. Venue was value for money.
Disliked: We used car park opposite and it was VERY unclear how to get into or out of car park, very confusing and had to wait for another to enter car parking area, whether we were in car or on for .Never do like two single beds pushed together but make a double but never mind.Bathroom obviously steams up when shower used, the window opens up into a court yard, obviously as a City centre venue but you are then facing other rooms, which can be embarrassing..But, if that’s the worst I can say, then it’s not a problem,….well done, Zi liked it …apart from car park

Our stay was fine it...

Disliked: I had asked for parking included but it wasn’t it cost us three nights at 19e. It wasn’t a problem as the garage was directly opposite the hotel it was just the fact that I had asked for parking included.

Quiet hotel given the central...

Liked: Proximity to Puerta Real, Plaza Nueva and centre. The terrace restaurant was good for breakfast and a quiet evening drink.The staff doing housekeeping, breakfast/terrace and reception were all well mannered, excellent and hrlpful
Disliked: The A/C was not working and insufficient hangers or drawers in the wardrobe.
