The Miracle of Krakow

Liked: The spacious and quiet room/ bathroom was very relaxing. The central self-control of the air conditioning, heating etc. was a big plus. No cold or pleasantly warm room.Feel free to book a stay of 100 days, then you still haven't been able to taste everything from the breakfast. Very extensive and neatly taken into account various allergies.The staff BTW, were very enthusiastic and helpful. See you guys next year.
Disliked: In terms of hygiene, I suggest that the cleaning team should work a bit more accurately. Dirty glasses in the room and quite a bit of dust on the floor.But apart from that, a very miraculous stay.

Lovely stay, friendly helpful staff....

Liked: Rooms were stylish, large and very clean. Great location, just off the main square. Lovely comfy bed.
Disliked: I can not think of anything, there was no hair dryer in our room and when I called down to reception, someone was at the door in literally 2 mins with one.

Liked: Great location. The staff were very professional. The breakfast catered to diverse tastes. The room was extremely comfortable. Attention to detail throughout our stay, from the kind personal note in the room, to the fresh pastry awaiting us...can't say enough positive things about our stay. We will unconditionally return to this hotel on our next stay in Krakow.
