Disliked: On arrival of our stay, was told we’d been upgraded to different hotel, although my daughters were in the hotel. Declined as the trip was about being together. No eating/ drinking facilities in hotel

Liked: Hotel was in such a fantastic location. It was spot on. Upon arrival we were a little early, the staff were super helpful and offered somewhere to store our luggage, they also upgraded our room ! ( thank you).Beds were comfy ! Room size was fab, our heating didn’t work the first few hours and the staff were amazing and so helpful, it got fixed and they offered free breakfast. They couldn’t of been more helpful they are a credit to the hotel
Disliked: My only issue was the smell of cigarettes, it smelt through the whole hotel of very strong cigarette smell. ( luckily not in our room) but in the corridors , entry’s and reception.

Liked: Location is excellent. Short walk to main square.
Disliked: Room was too hot. We asked for the heating to be turned off but it didnt happen. We could only turn it down. The public corridors smelt of cigarette smoke. The only bar is downstairs part of a casino where you have to sign documents to enter. Breakfast at the hotel is expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at. There is a great place nearby called Milkbar in Tomasi Street for breakfast.

Disliked: The bedroom was too warm, we were unable to control heating & air conditioning, done remotely, not sleep well. When window open, noise too loud from the streets at night. No restaurant or bar in hotel. Leak under the sink & towel got wet
