Overall, very good stay. Would...

Liked: Helpful staff, great comfortable room, very good breakfast, clean.
Disliked: The only issue we had was coming back late on two nights with my 88 year old aunt who has bilateral hip replacements. The only entrance after-hours was at the side. It had a very high step that she struggled to get up with my help. Wonder if there could have been a way around this?

Cozy stay, easy to reach

Liked: Great breakfast for us who love yogurt, berries and nuts! Great tea selection. Fresh start for the morning. :) We felt very welcome with our (large) dog. Great staff at the reception (also elsewhere!) Green palms in Germany felt exotic, it would be lovely to visit the hotel during the warm summer months.
