Liked: Friendly staff are happy to help with any issues we had.Great location and great bar on the roof terrace serving amazing cocktails.
Disliked: It's a little noisy being close to the road wasn't a drama for us but could be for others.

Comfortable but front of hotel...

Liked: Location is perfect. Room was very comfortable but at night the noise of motor bikes outside prevented us from sleeping. Room was at front of hotel

Over priced but convenient if...

Liked: The staff were charming and the breakfast is fantastic. The location was very near the main placa (square) and just over the bridge to the beautiful old part of the city. Also very handy private parking with lift straight up to reception.
Disliked: The first room we were given was room 510, it was no bigger than a broom cupboard and when we opened the very small window the view was of an industrial pipe and a wall. So we asked and got an upgrade. But the whole hotel needs a total makeover. The walls are paper thin, we heard the unfortunate person next door coughing all night.
