Lovely stay in the centre...

Liked: Great full of character hotel right in the centre of the old town. Walking distance to the main historical areas and buildings in Prague. 10' walk to the Metro station and trams nearby. The room was very spacious, floor heating and hot shower were amazing. We enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Nothing.

I really enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Amazing location. Delightful staff. Jacuzzi in bathroom. Incredibly comfortable. Felt very safe and secure as solo female traveler.
Disliked: Kettle in room would have been handy.

Charming hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Perfect, central location in old town district. Lovely property. Historic building with tons of charm. Pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean. Large room with high ceilings and chandelier. Large bathroom and vestibule area. Hotel arranged for airport transfer. Lovely breakfast area with nice staff and plenty of food offerings.
Disliked: Being centrally located and in an old building- you could not escape the street noise. Woken many times all three nights we were there by delivery trucks and pedestrians. Unavoidable- but if you are a light sleeper this might be an issue. Also, lots of stairs so if that is a concern you should know this too.

Excellent location and timing at...

Liked: Excellent location, couldn't be better. Friendly and authentic staff, very welcoming.
Disliked: The bathroom didn't have a proper shelf or soap dish in the shower so things had to be stored on the floor.

the location is great but...

Liked: the location was great, right in the old town square close to all attractions
Disliked: no tea/coffee kettle in the room.no water in the room/just the mini fridge which had paid water.asked for a double bed but they gave 2 singles with really uncomfortable mattress and pillowsthe wifi was awful.. hardly worked the tv remote stopped working in 10 mins so I couldn’t use it. with rooms facing the road, the horse carriage sound is non stop late in the night.
