Lovely hotel in the centre

Liked: Great location in the town centre, close to the cathedral, the Italian Court and other sights. It's a small hotel, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of options for breakfast and the room was large with comfortable beds.
Disliked: When we arrived the heating was off and even though we turned it on maximum, it didn't get really warm during our one night stay.

Highly Recommend

Liked: This was a great place to stay. Large room, easy location by the bus stop, comfortable bed, and excellent water pressure (a big plus). The breakfast was good, too, and staff were responsive even over the new year holiday.
Disliked: Nothing; everything was great.
