Lovely hotel, reserved opinion on...
Liked: Beautiful property, rooms decorated well, very traditional.
Disliked: We had an issue on the first day where the barmaid couldn’t open a bottle of wine, corked it then tried to say it was “clean” despite bits of cork floating in my glass. She then made us feel guilty by saying she would have to pay for it if we didn’t accept it. The last night we chose to eat in the restaurant. Main courses were brought out same time as starters so we sent them away only for them to come back with a film over them as they had been shoved under a hot plate….sent back again and asked for fresh ones which we did get. We knew the waiter wasn’t listening properly from the offset.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel, well...
Liked: The hotel was comfortable and incredibly well-located on the Old Town Square, opposite the Astronomical Clock. Breakfast was pretty good, with a decent selection of hot and cold food. Staff at the hotel were very pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: No major complaints but the main room for breakfast was small, with the tables very close to each other. The fruit juice was also very warm.

Enjoyable and great location
Liked: The location is excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Because I was in room 52 which is essentially the attic not much headroom. Even though it was a cold time of the year the heat in the breakfast room was like a sauna. The breakfast staff never seem to engage or acknowledge guests.
