Disliked: If you call yourself "hotel", you have to provide the soap, shampoo and the cleanliness of the room every day.And if you don't like to provide that, when the guests ask you soap at 8pm, you cannot answer "we don't have".

Liked: Super charming place, close to downtown, everything feels brand new, bed is comfortable, shower is fine.The attached bar has good beer and food for reasonable prices.Staff is super helpful

Very good

Liked: Clean room, nice owner. Really good lunch in the restaurant in the hotel. Hotel is near the city center, easy to access by foot and tram. Really close to the bus station.
Disliked: You can hear everything from the hotel corridor and some noise from the street. And unfortunately other guests were loud :|

Excellent experience, great rooms for price. Only issue was language barrier but they accommodated.
