A Wonderful First Stay in...

Liked: This was our first visit to both Hradec Králové and this hotel, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is fantastic—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests. The spa was a definite highlight, offering a tranquil and rejuvenating experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was superb. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, with the waitstaff being both professional and welcoming.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Liked: ~Super swimming pool, during our stay it wasn’t crowded. Before new year eve….~Sauna also super~hotel is in the city center
Disliked: We had a roof window which was situated abobe the bed. So i felt the cold air coming in all night.

Disliked: Some of the rooms have the older tubs with shower spray and not a full shower. Probably need to clarify if you prefer a tub or shower

Liked: The breakfast was okay, but nothing to write home about. The second morning of my stay I was afraid to drink coffee or juice because of the water issue, that was not handled well!
Disliked: Wellness is supposed to be available to guests from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. On the first day of our stay the wellness was available from 6:00 pm. The hotel leased the facility to a private party a thus the delayed availibility. On the second day of our stay there was an issue with water. What came out of water spouts was heavily contaminated, but guests were not told. It seems like a serious health hazard to me. The wellness was available only after 7:00 pm. Not what was promised when I booked that hotel!
