Very kind and attentive staff

Liked: We only stayed for one night but one point stood out which deserves mention. We were at the breakfast table and our 12yo said to us there was no yoghurt with the flavour she liked available any more. The catering staff overheard this and came over with some other yoghurt sorts (one of which was the right one). They did not have to do this but it showed us how attentive and kind the staff were and we very much appreciate it.As an aside, we chose Tychy for a 1-night stay because we were traveling from Germany to the Energylandia adventure park in souther Poland, and Tychy is a good option to stay because it is easier to get out of in the morning than Katowice and still close enough to Energylandia.

Liked: The hotel was really good, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean, great staff very helpful, the only problem was the call buttons for the lifts only worked on some floors, so you had to go down the stairs 1 floor to get the lift.
Disliked: Nothing

Poor

Liked: Location, wi-fi connection.
Disliked: I was staying for a whole week, there was not enough toilet paper, only half a roll upon arrival, and the chambermaids did not replenish it when cleaning the room. It didn't happen the first time, I've been here three times already.
