Great stay, staff could do...

Liked: Amazing stay as always. This was my 3rd visit. Practical. Love that I can do laundry so easily.
Disliked: Young staff at reception could pay more attention to communication with guests - I had said my boyfriend was arriving before me and I’d added his name to the booking, but they still couldn’t locate it when he arrived.

Great option for longer stays

Liked: Really perfect if you’re looking for a longer stay! Clean, stylish, and easy to get to other locations around Amsterdam.
Disliked: The service was not bad but not great - I felt sometimes the staff came across quite uninterested.However, I do want to shout out to the lady who personally found out what pillows this hotel offers in the room as they were incredible!

Exceptional

Liked: I really loved the room; it was perfect for a family of four. Fully equipped, two truly separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and no unnecessary furniture or decoration that can prove dangerous for young children. The hotel itself is very convenient if you're travelling by car, as it offers a spacious parking. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I would really love it if there were some snacks for after the breakfast is closed. The breakfast itself was rather simple (but good quality)

Liked: Shoutout to Qusay. I’ve been frequenting the hotel since December 2019, and he’s been there for a year now since April 2024 I believe. Wonderful service and great guy!

Comfortable and spacious

Liked: Nothing exciting around here, but museums are 8 minutes by bus/tram which stops in front of hotel. Also it's quiet! Fabulous staff, beautiful and spacious room.
