Liked: I like the property because it's close to Plaza de Catalunya but you don't see a city view. And our room 412 the aircon is not cold I feel hot and I can't control it down if you want it cold for example you want number 10 in cold because it's automatically set it's only 17 cold and if you press it it goes hotter to number 28.
Disliked: You are comfortable sleeping with us, the TV has a complete channel, but you are not comfortable with me being with your boyfriend. Because the room is small and I can hear you poop and pee in the toilet, for example, if you poop and fart, you can hear everything because the division is only glass and you can hear everything outside. Regarding the food, they have a lot of food and the hotel is clean. The information is good, the employees are friendly, the only problem is our very small and hot room.

Liked: Breakfast was great. And the staff was super helpful and nice. Room was plenty big for a family of four. And the location was great for ease of access walking around the city.

6 nights in Barcelona

Liked: Central location, clean and tidy. Helpful staff. The housekeeping staff were excellent.
Disliked: The room lacked storage space. There was no kettle or coffee machine, something we had been accustomed to in hotels of this type. The breakfast buffet was reasonable but lacked a large selection of prepared fresh fruit. I was very disappointed by the bacon; it has a most unusual taste.

In the heart of Barcelona...

Liked: Brilliant location just off la Ramblas close to Catalunya square old city markets and bus stop from airport. Right in the heart of the action yet amazingly quiet
Disliked: It may have been a language thing but staff directions and advice were limited. But you can’t miss the action it is right outside the door. We stayed extra days
