Disliked: The reception staff was not very polite due to lack of speaking English that fluent.The breakfast at the boat was great but with not too many tables to seat and during the rush hour we had to wait for a table to clear

Disliked: Room rather small. Lacked enough storage for our clothes and we didn't have much as only here for 3 days. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and coffee had to be purchased individually at reception for 5-10zl, so quite pricey - a nice gesture might be to give each room/guest a couple of vouchers per day for a free cup and anything over that could be paid. Just a suggestion. Very large overhead lamp only - one 'reading' light high up on wall on right side of the bed but would have expected one for each side of the bed, within reach when in the bed. Just a bit basic for the price. Breakfast was nice. No real complaints just think we expected a bit more really.

Disliked: Hairdryer didn’t work, kettle and cups in room but no tea, coffee provided, contacted staff only to be told we don’t have a kettle in our room as you need to buy hot drinks from machine at reception, we even showed them that we do have a kettle. Shower flooded after 1 shower, we explained to reception what happened and that 2 of our group still need to shower and that we also have no more towels as we used them for the flood, shower wasn’t fixed during our stay, no other towels provided and no offer to use another shower or given different room. We were there Thurs-Monday without a shower! No one even came to check it out, we even showed them pictures.

Liked: Great location downtown. Parking on site.
Disliked: Walls are like tissue paper. Next door and down the hallway were two groups of teenagers. They were yelling in the halls, roughhousing in the rooms till after midnight. Staff came once around 10 to tell them to be quiet with little improvement.
