Superb

Great hotel just outside downtown...

Liked: What a great hotel just outside of downtown Healdsburg. We are locals and had plans for the evening in Healdsburg but didn't want to make the drive back. What a great find. The hotel is new and everything is very clean. Our room was huge. Two queen beds, sofa bed and a kitchen. Upon arrival we were given a credit to use the automatic wine dispenser. We then found out they offer a free shuttle to downtown on the hour! The next morning they offer a very nice breakfast. We were 9 minutes late (it closed at 10:00 am) but the staff was amazing and let us come in and gave us everything we needed. The hotel offers a pool, bocce ball court and two outside fire pits. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating.

Disliked: Wasn’t told there was a parking fee. Complimentary bottled water and breakfast. Coffee and hot water spouts need cleaning.

High value for price

Liked: High value for the price. The customer service was excellent at the front desk and had several different people help us for various requests. Free breakfast was a bonus and real eggs!

Liked: Room size was good and was clean.
Disliked: The people above us were stomping around their room all night and maybe moving furniture or luggage or something? They were just extremely noisy. We let the front desk know in the morning (we really should have called during the night) but we didn't get too much empathy from the front desk clerks. We know it's not their fault, but their passive almost "don't care" attitude really made it even more annoying and frustrating.

Liked: Excellent price/value for the area. The rooms were attractive, spacious, clean, comfortable and well-appointed, They were effectively laid out for optimal function. The outdoor spaces had beautiful landscaping, a large pool, outdoor barbeques, and comfortable sitting areas where guests could relax. They offered a number of complimentary services like a robot (!) that delivers items to your room, and a shuttle that drops off and picks up guests at the town square. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and had lots of good options. Linda (who worked the breakfast room) was very personable and helpful. The hotel is an excellent value and we will definitely stay there the next time we return to Healdsburg.
Disliked: The bed was a little too soft for those with back problems. Otherwise, everything was GREAT!
