Liked: This was my first visit to Paris, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel! After spending hours searching for the perfect place in a great location, I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel itself was spotless, with daily maid service ensuring everything stayed fresh and tidy. A lovely touch was the high-quality Clarins toiletries, which added a bit of luxury to my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: The in-room tea and coffee facilities were a bit disappointing. Only paper cups were provided instead of proper mugs, and the tea wasn’t restocked throughout my stay. Fortunately, I had brought my own hot chocolate, but I had to purchase a mug just to enjoy it properly. A small improvement in this area would make a big difference!

Liked: location made it very easy to travel around the city, staff were nice and rooms were clean
Disliked: room size was a bit tiny in comparison for what I paid for which made it a bit hard to manoeuvre my suitcase around.
