Liked: The location was good, with a nice view, the rooms are quite big. Fast connected to the center
Disliked: A lot of extra prices, pet friendly (but needed to pay extra), parking (but needed to pay extra). Website doesnt show about paying these extra's

Excellent hotel, great location and...

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of the city. The staff is very helpful, breakfast has a good spread and the hotel provides all facilities.Parking is also available, with a cost.
Disliked: During the previous visit, a day before san fermin, lunch wasn't available (room service as well). My kids were at the room and I was out for a meeting and they were left starving until I returned back.The pool does not provide free towels.
