Disappointing

Disliked: Bedsheets were not clean, asked for fresh clean sheets but the employee did not have the key to the storage room so spent sleeping on unclean sheets. Also they do not give out drinking water even though there is a bar. You have to purchase water bottles from the bar...

Liked: Because of an accident, I was unable to arrive on the expected date. Hotel Transit was able to transfer the hotel reservation to an alternate date to accommodate me. Thank you.
Disliked: TV didn't work. Took awhile to find someone to help; it turned out that the electrical outlet was dead. The light used to test outlets was taped to hold it together. Finally found an electrical outlet to plug TV into but I didn't trust the light to use it again.
